In recognition of the high level of substance abuse and dependence, the Center received the “Prevention’s Best” award in 2020 from The United Way of Central California, The Governor’s Association of Drug Rehabilitation & Education, The Foundation for Drug Treatment Research, and The American Recovery Association. They were also named the “Most Outstanding Substance Abuse Program” at the Fresno County Medical Society’s Conference. The Center is accredited by the NAACADAC and offers a variety of treatment options including in-patient inpatient, outpatient, group, residential, or daycare programs. as well as outpatient detox.

The Center has a variety of detox programs to meet the needs of any individual or family members. In addition to detox programs that include in-home or out-patient, the Center offers residential rehab in both homes or onsite facilities. which can be privately or publicly owned. The residential detox facility is designed to offer both in-patient and outpatient detox services.

The in-home program at Citrus Heights includes in-home services such as a 24 hour detox, medical detox, social service referrals, family therapy and much more. In outpatient detox, the Center offers outpatient services including the same services as in-home detox but allows patients to attend the detox program at their convenience. This program is designed to provide a convenient way for families and friends to get in and out of the center at their convenience. In-house outpatient programs include drug detox and rehab counseling, group therapy sessions, and individual counseling sessions. The Center also provides medical detox and support for residents with substance abuse and dependency disorders.

The Center was recently voted “Top Choice” by the California Medical Association for excellence in substance abuse and alcoholism treatment. In addition to being voted top by The American Recovery Association for Alcoholism and Drug Rehab, the Center also received the same award from the Fresno County Medical Society.
